How do you base your pricing and what am I paying for?
We quote our prices based on the cost of the garment you select and approximately how much it will cost for us to screen print it. Screen Printing t-shirts require films, screens, inks, equipment and overall production time. Apparel Pricing is set based on colors and locations. Dark garments cost more, as well as anything above XL. You will get charged per shirt based on the amount of colors. The more shirts you purchase the cheaper the price.
Can I save extra money if I provide my own garments?
Being one of the best T-Shirt Screen Printers we buy in volume. Because of the amount of business we provide, the customer cannot get the rates that we can get. There are no worries for the customer because the screen printer will store the garments before silk screen printing the job, and takes on the responsibility of dealing with any potential defective merchandise. If you still want to provide your garment that is absolutely an option.
Why do Dark Shirts cost more?
Dark garments are more expensive for a few reasons. First, dark shirts cost more than white garments. Dark shirts also require an additional screen and flashing (partial drying) between colors, which slows down the production process which inflates hourly rates and overhead.
I just gave you 5 different jobs. How come I don’t get an extra discount?
Five jobs of one hundred is not the same as one job of five hundred. We charge for the number of garments that get the same design.
What terms do you offer in terms of payment?
Before any job can begin production, we do require a 50% deposit. Before products can be shipped, products must be paid in full. NO EXCEPTIONS. High volume screen printing requires 100% payment upfront. Payment can be made with company checks, personal checks, cashiers check or money order. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks require 3-5 business days to process if it is not available for electronic processing. *There will be a $25.00 charge for returned checks.
What is the approximate turn around time?
Always plan your order accordingly due to the possibility of problems. Turnaround time is 7-10 business days after completion of artwork.
What is the approximate time for artwork?
Artwork is completed in approximately 2-3 business days.

- If submitting a claim for shortages, damages, or defects either a written fax or email must be received within 48 hours after your item is received/signed for.
- If a reprint has to take place, all items must be returned. If the product is not returned, a reprint will not take place and a refund will not be issued.
- LI Screen Printing’s liability shall be limited to the stated sales price of any defective goods. We will not be liable for any consequential damages, such as profit loss etc.
- LI Screen printing reserves the right to use any items designed and/or produced in future promotional pieces such as catalogs, fliers, websites, or any other promotional material. If you do not wish to be included please send a fax, email, or written request along with your purchase order and we will gladly approve it.
- Any legal disputes will take place in Suffolk County, New York.
- Prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. Please read all information on our website before submitting your order.
- Quantities over 1000 are subject to a variation of +/- 1-2%
- If you cancel your order after acknowledgement, customer will be charged for all setup, apparel, and prepress costs incurred.
- We will honor any faxed, emailed, or written quotes if submitted with your order. Quotes are good for 30 days.
- We charge $25.00 per screen if you would like us to store your file for future prints. If you opt not to store your files for future printing and decide to reprint the same design, we reserve the right to charge the applicable $25.00 per screen the second time around.
- No minimums are applicable to heat transfers only. Screen Printing minimum is 12 (one design)
- 50% deposit is required upfront before any production will take place. The balance will be charged when order has been completed. High Volume screen printing orders require 100% payment upfront. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Prepress and graphic design is charged at an hourly rate of $50.00 per hour, if applicable.
